I've barely missed an F1 race in over 20 years, but this weekend is super interesting. F1 gambling BIG on doing self promotion at a new track with Las Vegas (their usual system is to get tracks/promoters/dictators to pay an ungodly and unprofitable amount).

First practice session and it's red flagged after 10 mins and not restarting due to a Ferrari sucking up a drain cover smashing up the car.

Not a good start. Popcorn time..

It's so weird how they can't seem to get F1 right. The previous owner, Bernie Ecclestone (literally the world's GREATEST used car salesman) did a great job at growing the sport but couldn't (refused to actually) adapt to modern media.
Now the US company Liberty Media own it and although there have been a lot of improvements, they're still completely tone deaf when it comes to marrying the European base with the all so desired and never cracked American one. The biggest influence has been a Netflix series but they weren't really in control of that.

When I see how they run the new US races, it seriously looks like they asked someone from Kazakhstan what they think an American would like and turned it up to 11.

The incompetence blows my mind.

So tonight was pretty epic. Went golfing with some mad lads in Texas, dinner and drinks, lots of fun. Out at dinner at some swanky place in Dallas where cocktails were $20 and steaks were $50-250 people would just randomly start yelling "let's go Brandon!".

I've seen videos where people did this, but I have never experienced it in real life.

Also, literally the best steak I've ever had in my life.

If you go around the back of that building or view it from further away, there does seem to be an extra floor that is set back from the outer walls and not easily visible because it's smaller. Initially I wondered whether the building had been cut back to a shell, the outer tall windows retained for the first two but with three floors internally.



I don't know anything about the rest of what you say - I do recall receiving many emails from a company called Agora Lifestyle here in the UK, but I don't know whether it's the same place. Lots of general information, if I recall correctly.

Just went to order a big batch of flyers and suddenly I see it being really expensive, like $57 per thousand.

Then I noticed I was shopping on the us store and when changing to the .de store suddenly its €17 per thousand.

Perhaps the us has more inflation than the € to $ conversion would like to say. At this point, isnt this a massive arbitrage opportunity to buy something that costs way less in € than in $ usd and then sell it for $ and change those back to € ?

They kicked everyone out 30 mins before practice 2 which started at something like 230am. Probably getting sued now.
Only F1 can screw up America so bad (again) that they make Vegas look like a ghost town lol.

Get the "Mass gainer" ones that have more HFCS and powdered oils than actual protein. Those ones taste delicious!!

If you are ever traveling in USA or Canada (I don't know if anyone else uses them), request the hand-job rather than the whole-body x-ray machine. If every passenger declined the machine they would be forced to remove them like the next day.

A is missing one crucial detail... a pile of books next to the castaway that explains 10 different ways to build a raft.


But in the end, it's still easier for people to just scrawl out "help" - or in the forum's case, start a thread and say, "Tell me what business to start," or "how do I x, y, or z" when the answers amount to 10 minutes of research.

I read this question last week from a blog I follow.

This week I turned it around, how can I help someone around me connecting to a opportunity they seek?

Last Friday, I heard my personal trainer talking about how she needs to leave her apartment before the end of the month. She lives in Amsterdam as well and finding space here is tough.. She's been searching for months without any success. I told her I would like to help her (she's a really great person, besides a great trainer).

I called a buddy after our session Friday and called in a favor. He promised me to make a call. Within five hours they set her up with a real-estate owner (I vouched for her). Today she had a sighting in a nice part of Amsterdam. They signed on the spot. Next week she will move in and is so grateful.

One simple phone call for me.
A game changer for her.

2023 so far is great. Moments like this make it even greater.

Also a shoutout to @BizyDad. Since your reframing of 'who are you helping to get rich?', my perspective has grown. The more I'm focussing on helping others, more things come my way.

Now it's focussing on finding the right RPA CTO and keep growing into a Fastlane person.

I'd recommend Fastlaners to possibly go in the other direction than to step into the Arena of A.I. I think it will be congested soon.

I think the opportunity will be elsewhere.

The offered $200 credit to use at their F1 merch store. We got the credit and it was $200 total. Not $200 per ticket. We bought 6 tickets. So yeah, here’s $33 each for your troubles. Lol

They would have been better off not doing anything.

I disagree. The more crowded it is, the better. I’m currently working on a new AI product to introduce as an extension of my offering.
Imagine the differentiation at the end of it + the infinite possibilities of using it for marketing purposes to take advantage of the AI-craze.

Crowded just means retarded developers with 0 business sense are creating lots of products. Those people don’t have a chance against an established business creating a product and selling it to an existing customer base. A great product by itself is a weak asset. It only becomes a strong asset when it’s integrated in a real business.

Remember that as an entrepreneur, your business should be your best product.
