That's two clients who've contacted me in the last few days, saying they've got a one-star review pop up on their Google Business Profile.

One of them said he had a phone call from a guy telling him about the one-star review and that he could help him get rid of it. We're both pretty sure he created the one-star review. What a load of bollox.

Anyway they've both tried to complain through the official channels to Google but does anyone know how people get rid of scammy reviews?
