I did register again yesterday using the exact same info (all real and correct) and just now received an approved/validated email. Strange.

So I tried registering and my account got deleted the second time now for the same reason Allen stated even though I provided all Information necessary.
Any advice maybe what I could do? I didnt' use a pseudo, I stated who I am where I am from and what I'm currently doing (being a sales trainee and hustling).
What did you put in the why do you want to join section? I basicly said that I want to join because I and my future business ventures would benefit greatly from and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge etc. to put it short.

Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah, a fond farewell to IMGrind.

I joined in Aug-2013. It was extremely active, and the forum owners worked crazy hours helping out guys doing their "follow-alongs" (the equivalent of "progress/process threads" in here).

Eventually, they moved the follow-alongs to their private area for their affiliates. It made sense, as you should always focus more on your top customers. To remain an affiliate with them you had to be doing at least $10k revenue / month. Clever businessmen Ruck and Ryan.

It got a bit quiet in the main forum after that, but still a goldmine of information.

I was in there for a good few months, and it's where I realised that I could post stuff that people got value from. I made it a goal to get into the top 10 thanked, rather than have any monetary goals. It really helped me get going with my content writing.

I'll miss the forum, but the guys are moving onwards and know that you need to eliminate to focus.

I've two days to go find and get the posts I did inside there now!

So my new home is TheFastLaneForum... and my follow-along / process-thread is on the inside.

All good things come to an end eventually.

Yeah, Ruck and Ryan seem to be great businessmen. Was hoping to get to know them better, but I don't see myself ever making $10k/month in affiliate marketing, so I won't be able to join Revived Media. Though it's something I have looked into in the past... it's definitely one way to be able to work from home with kids to take care of.

There is definitely a lot of information there, they really know what they're talking about. If there are any affiliate marketers here, I'd suggest checking out Revived Media.

That's how I feel about IM Grind going offline.

Why are they shutting it down though? I was new and not very active over there but, Ruck and Ryan have cool personalities and I could tell they are VERY knowledgeable/experienced. The forum seemed like an awesome place full of valuable information.

I had plans to read the threads that were listed in the "Get Started" thread this summer and now I have about one more day until it's gone? HEAVY

There's something about the feeling of loss, it sucks.

I really hope that they archive it...

I'd be homeless and living in a cardboard box online in two days if I hadn't set up camp in here. That's the second paid forum I've been in that's shutdown recently. Maybe I'm doing something wrong!

I was able to save about 180 posts from their getting started post, but that wasn't even half. :/ Some good stuff, though.

I was just about to start doing the same thing using Evernote but you beat me to it Btw is there anyway to copy your notes into my Evernote (I'm a new user to Evernote)?

Also I can view the forum but don't seem to be able to log on to the forum, they must have shut it down.

There is no workaround, quick googling shows no-one really bothered to save it either besides FionaS.

You can read those articles she saved + there are tons of how-to-get-started articles online available for free that basically hold your hand while you do it. None of those things will help though unless you get started. Get your feet wet and use your budget wisely, that will be always the best way to learn

Alternatively, a lot of people here and elsewhere have suggested StackThatMoney forums, which is also a paid forum. OR you could reach out to some of the guys here who've done media buying/AM and ask some good questions once you've started/got to know the basics, offer some kind of value in return for an hour of coaching call over Skype... whatever works
