I mention views because I've been getting quite a few private messages on LinkedIn and Facebook where I'm also posting short videos. They're people already connected to me who mention how they're seeing my videos. But I don't see them engaging with the videos (Liking or Commenting).

So 1,000 views with little Likes or Comments might do wonders for your business/visibility if it's the right people, video, etc.

An interest rate increase from 4% to 5% is NOT a 1% increase. It's a 1% point increase, and actually a 25% increase. Give an example of a mortgage amount going up 25%.


Borrowing to buy a depreciating asset (such as a car), vs getting paid to build an income producing asset (e.g. getting paid as a freelancer to build a business that works without you exchanging time for dollars).

I'm not sure if you already covered it but I think an important one about retirement accounts is that when people say, "I put money into my 401k", they also need to specifically contribute that money into something like a stock. A person shouldn't just leave money in a retirement account without having actually invested in something.

I'm late coming into this thread, but after sampling some of these videos, I think you've nailed it. I thought your advice in the "Useless Boomer Advice" was excellent. I will be sharing your videos in my department meetings.

I also watched the "Real Engineering Staff Employee Assessment" video and I was really impressed by the way you engaged with the employee and his engineering lead. It was obvious that you care about your employees, and are committed to their career growth and the impact that will have on growing the business. There were many excellent nuggets that I can use in my own assessment meetings.

I see lots of value in your videos and I wish you success all you do.
