I know we are always looking for ways to do things more efficiently, so I am very interested to know how you guys structure your day? I know this can differ a lot day to day, but maybe we could learn a few new things!
What's your secret sauce? Is it coffee? tea? bulletproof? meditation? IF? keto? vegan?
6:00 - Wake
6:05 - Shower, teeth, get dressed, make tea, get water.
6:30 - Meditation & gratitude journal
7:00 - Go to office
12:00 - Lift weights
1:30 - Back to office
5:00 - Head home
5:30 - Eat
Wind down for the day, audiobook listening/walk/socialise.
10:00 - Bed
This goes to plan probably 65% of the time... (WIP)
