A lot of you probably have a morning routine, but how many of you have a night routine?

A morning routine is important to set the day on the right track, but a good night routine will make your morning routine a lot easier and your life a lot better...

What is your night routine and for how long have you been doing it? Have you noticed any benefits from your night routine?

Mine:

- 21:45 15 minutes of brushing teeth, washing face and doing skincare
- 22:00 5 minutes of stretching to maximize muscle growth
- 22:05 30 minutes of reading
- 22:35 15 minutes of meditation
- 22:50 5 minute affirmations

~ 7/8 hours of sleep

I found that these 5 things help me stay motivated/determined and sane.

My life improved tremendously when I stopped all the self-improvement habits (meditating, journaling, cold showers, visualizing etc).

Current evening routine:
shower, brush teeth, wash face
sleep

pros: more time to get shit done
cons:

I have a special million dollar routine that I do before the night routine (which is the billion dollars one), and it has to be done after the 3 mid-day routines, which all have a few micro habits of highly millionaire people.

One thing I need to add to my routine is to implement the habit of keeping track of the routines, so I don't accidentally overdo them and become too rich.

I give a nightly speech to my entire family on the dangers of communism while cleaning one of my firearms. Ted Nugent’s Stranglehold playing in the background. I then read my 2 year old son a few pages from Atlas Shrugged and put him to bed. Then I drink a big cup of black coffee and go to sleep.

So basically once you decide to go to sleep it takes an hour and 10 minutes before you actually lay on your bed? Seems like you’re missing out of at least an hour of sleep every day.

Mine is, lay on bed, sleep. Unless it’s a weekday then hours of wordle or pronhub.

I dress up in a bat costume and fight crime.

It’s surprisingly profitable!

I read a serious book, maybe psychology or logic.

Most times I some work.

I read an unserious book, maybe detective story or whatever well written novel.

Check the forum.

I forget to pray.

Check out a friend or two.

Get down on bed and sleep. 5 to 7 hours

Wait until OP finds out about the secret millionaire morning routine...

Wake up
Get coffee
Go to work

I'm not joking either, every (95%+) $10m+ NW guy I know does this.

Every wantrepreneur I know has a 4-hour morning routine.

That's not to say, journalling, meditation, ice baths, etc don't have a place. They can be very valuable. That being said, first things first.

Objective of a million dollar evening routine:

Wake up as early as possible.
Don't go to bed and "grind" all night instead.

Problem solved.

Who needs sleep anyways? Imagine wasting 8 hours a day, when you could use that time to work on your business and take cold showers.
