Latest update. Improved my shopify store product page. I've upped my prices by about 40-50%, which scares me tbh. But these better margins will allow me to build loyalty by providing excellent customer service, which is a major major pain point in the industry. My suspicion is that poor customer service occurs also due to low margins and I have explicitly advertised for high quality customer service in my store.
I am also implementing a more data driven and research backed focus for facebook ads, which is better than mass testing products and trying to find winning products. I am already in the middle of running that campaign and I've got some suprising results, which I did not expect. I am starting to realise that a big part of it is how can you effectively and emotionally appeal to the customer.
