Currently I own an events company. However know this business is not my fastlane. I earn above average and have managed to work 1 or 2 days with 5 off. I also own a percentage of a paintball site as a silent investor.

Hey Darren, welcome to the forum. Always nice to see a fellow Briton. I used to own an events management company, however, have since modified it so that it fits to be more of a fast lane concept. Would love to network with you in the near future.

Yes and No. It's a tough one as I can only supply when there is the need. My window of need is quite small. Most people only have one wedding, one 30th, 40th, 50th.

To 10x I would need 10 teams out. However that's 10 vans and 10 wages, so then profit margin is reduced.

I can subcontract jobs to other suppliers which once again becomes hassle.

So for example if I work Saturday evening and supply 2k worth of services I can double my income by repeating the same Sunday. However the money only comes when I work.

I am definately looking to make this more of a fast lane business. I could continue doing what I do, I have a good brand and offer a great service but I only get paid when I work. I live a comfortable life but I am still slave to the business currently.
