OMG, I love this.

A news aggregator called, "Citizen" -- all citizen journalists, NO corporate news sources allowed.

Isn't investigative journalism somewhat like this? We have some big investigative journalist houses here in Germany who are non-profit, do their own research instead of posting what news outlets report, and again and again expose fake news and other stuff, while also sometimes maybe even risking their lives to report about what's going on in the world. So I'd say that is some type of citizen journalists who report for citizens and not corporations or any agenda...
