Sales to the elderly challenge

Want a bit of advice. Recently I started advertising my new service. Initial audience guestimation was - apartment owners and long-term tenants. As usual, I started marketing for free in local Telegram and Whatsapp groups. To my astonishment, 100% of clients who reached out to me were very elderly people - 70-80+. Appartment owners or very long-term tenants, as I predicted, but also elderly, retired. And those who did are a bit tech proficient - they had whatsapp and telegram. I presume that a gold-mine can be struck if I reach out to this audience without relying on their being tech-wizards.

And here I came to two options:

1. Traditional paper brochures or magnets to be placed on doors
2. Radio

I know they listen to the radio as I spoke to some social workers and they know ME as I sometimes do a news report on a local radio station and those social workers, not being radio listeners themselves still heard me while caring for their patients.

So... what? Radio ads? If I do this - it`s going to be the most boomer thing in my life. And I do not know what to do - like, hire a dictor to make a jingle?

What do you think?

P.S. As I volunteer for that station for 5 years I presume that will be a discounted ad. And I do not need drivers` prime-time. But still, it`lll cost...
