With all due respect, that is not an answer to the person's comment. He provided comments, which were not too dissimilar to my own when I first tried the game.
Do not expect people to leave your game to watch a "video" that is just under 2 hours long to understand how to play it. The last thing you want is for them to leave your game to watch YouTube.
Use the comments as building blocks, go deeper, run surveys, try to understand why people have trouble. Make it easy to learn, add a tutorial or something.
But making them go to a video that's almost 2 hrs long, that in of itself was a stream (which doesn't work as a video, as people lose attention within the first few minutes), and then will look for other videos. In the even that the other videos are of other youtubers doing their own thing, that's fine, but it means that you have given your 'prospect' to someone else. In a slightly worse case, if the recommended on youtube, is of different roblox games, then you are pretty much giving them the prospect- not only the youtubers but the roblox games.
The TLDR: Make it easy to understand Don't direct people to a stream/video. Run surveys, understand the pain points. You have Acted, now, please Asses and Adjust.
