Questions on starting a Business Blog

So as I begin executing my business, I've decided that I want to document/build an audience on Youtube and Instagram, but also on a blog. I've never started a blog that wasn't through a social media site so I had a couple of questions I was hoping some of you might know the answer to:

1. The web host I'm currently looking at is Blue Host. One of the things they offer is registering your domain for you if you haven't already so that made me think:

• Can my domain name for the blog and for the eventual website of my business be the same? Like can the blog just be part of the business website?
• Do emails that I collect through the blog count as my list for the business?

2. Since I'll have to pay for the web hosting monthly, this will technically be my first business expense, do I need to register as an LLC before I start paying for the blog? Honestly I know this isn't the taxes section of the forum, but any insight here would be helpful too, cause I'd rather not get into tax trouble when I start taking sales.
