I HAVE AN IDEA!!!

Okay so hear me out. I was looking at online tic-tac-toe, and how POOPY it is! Multiplayer options consist of giving a friend a code or link. Most of these websites look super old and bland. What if I created an online tic-tac-toe that allowed people to queue up for a match (like chess.com, y'know?), Not only that, but implement a ranking system, to incentivise players to return for more. I can create value skew by 1: making the website not look like a caveman made it. 2. add tic tac toe SKINS!! Imagine placing an X on the board and it being a ninja star or something. This can function as a revenue stream along with website ads. I have other ideas in the back of my mind but that can come later. All I need to do is learn how to design a website (-_-) and validate this idea. I don't think this violates CENTS other than Need, because I'm not sure if anyone is actively searching for an amazing online tic tac toe experience. Thoughts?
