I've read the book...listened to the audiobook last year rather. Opened my eyes to how real money is actually made amidst all the noise in the field of personal finance. Sadly, I'd forgotten about this forum since my normal studies (I'm a university undergrad.) took over. Will strive to be attentive here as well.

I first read Millionaire Fastlane a year ago. It was not the first business book I read, but it was definitely the most down-to-earth, no-BS entrepreneur book I've had the pleasure of reading. I finished the book yesterday and wasn't pissed off I spent the money on it. Great book! Thanks for you're efforts in writing it. I can tell a lot of work and thought went into it, not just regurgitated tips and methods that everyone else writes and speaks about. AWESOME

I also heard on a podcast recently that making the biggest barrier to making your first $1-$100k/year as an entrepreneur is mindset, from $100k-$1M it's marketing, and from $1M+ is about team.

Sounds about right.

As much as I was turned off by the name of the book

I hesitated at first to read it obviously because of the title.

Yea, it's a common theme.

Little late to post, but I read the Millionaire Fastlane ....last year around this time.

Great book to read during such a dark time in my life.

I've finished listening to the Millionaire Fastlane in Audible for the third time. I'm so glad Amazon recommended it when I was there looking for slowlane "early retirement" books. I also gifted the book to a friend of mine who was thinking of making a career shift by getting MBA.

Read the book. Despite being initially somewhat sceptical due to the book's title, I found it to be one of the best books on being an entrepreneur I have read.

Finished the book a couple months ago but didn't get around replying to this thread. As a Motorsports engineer with a couple of useless degrees I appreciated how the author was comparing decisions one makes with horsepower and IC engines. Good stuff MJ, thank you for realigning my perception with your books.
