Here's what I would do if I were in your position considering you have sales experience:
1. Organic outreach + cold outreach
2. Sales calls on your own
3. Service fulfillment on your own
When you start to get consistent cash flow:
1. Hire a VA to do outreach
2. Hire a commission-based sales closer
3. Outsource the service fulfillment. Expect 50-70% margins
Make sure you're not in daydream land and run the numbers to figure out what you need to do to get to your goal.

- 30 emails/day = 900/month
- 4% booked appointments
- 36 appointments/month
- 10% closing rate (you really should expect 20%)
- 3 new clients per month ($2500/ea) = $7,500 month. Stay away from clients who say they can only afford $1k/mo. They will be a huge nightmare for you I promise. Your job should be to reject prospects that you cannot help.
