How do you guys deal with anxiety?
I've meditated everyday for 10 years, my sleep, diet, and exercise is all dialed.
My pattern is this:
Important task (can be as small as sending an email) > anxiety > massive avoidance of the task > more anxiety around task > more avoidance.
I know how insane this sounds, but I've literally put off sending an email for 6 months before that was costing me $100+ a day until I sent it.
This isn't a thread for me to cry about my problems. I'm sure at least a few of us must share similar issues.
What are your favorite strategies to mitigate anxiety (and stop this money-sucking loop)?
