I'm kind of on the same path with my startup (I'm the head of sales but still learn a lot about it and read a ton of books in this area)Can anyone recommend a good 'learn to do sales' type book? Already read Jordan Belfort's. I'm pretty bad at sales and really need to work on this.

The secret of selling anything - Harry Brown
-> really great book on how to approach selling face to face. This booked helped me the most so far.
The dotcom secrets
-> great book on how to sell online, built funnels and on what to focus when you are starting to sell
Scientific advertising -
-> pretty classic and basic marketing book about your mindset and how you should approach sales.
You can also tell me your favorite (sales) books you've read, if you've some great ones. I'm always looking for new good books which can help me!
