Get serious and put some effort.

"Some ideas" is too vague for any action.

Potentialities is nothing. Look for probability.

What you put in is what you get out.

I have some ideas with potentialities and am eager to learn how to acquire web developers.

I warn people against working in situations like this all the time.

- "Idea man" has all the ideas, but zero skills
- Web designer stuck doing all the work
- 1,000 project changes and demands
- Get snaked if it goes well
- Get nothing if it doesn't

It is pretty much the worst idea possible for a web designer.

Unless the person they are working with has a track record of accountability and success - which you don't.

Anyone know where I can find some free builders and some land?

We split the profits 50-50 ;)

How Do I Source Web Developers On No Budget?

By being so incredibly good at everything else needed to run a successful company that the developer says, 'yes, I will give you 6-12 months of my time for free in exchange for half your company.'

You have to be phenomenal, though. If you just 'have an idea,' thats a waste of time. The idea has to be so well though out that you've essentially designed the entire thing for the developer yourself. You've thought of everything the customer needs. This only comes with a deep understanding of the market you're going after: meaning that you've worked at a high level in this field for years.

You also need to be very, very good at sales and marketing. Meaning, you've had a lot of demonstrable success in the past selling products into this market. Or, you have a partner who is.

"I have an idea regarding food safety in fast food. We will build an app that will monitor temperatures of various devices in a restaurant using the internet of things." "My experience is that I worked at McDonalds for 6 months as a kid." (I know a guy that tried this; he failed.) ... That's a NO. if you'd add:

"I've also been a food safety consultant for 5 years after working for the health department for 10 years. Prior to that, I managed 15 McDonalds franchises. I've seen first hand what the market is missing. I have a sales rep as a partner who has sold millions of dollars of point of sale equipment to fast food restaurants. He will do the selling." etc .... now, you have my interest, but I'm still asking for 30-50 percent of your company, or I walk.

1. Get a side gig. Go push pallets at Amazon, deliver food on UberEats. etc.
2. Sell a specialized skillset that you have to the marketplace. Use the funds to bootstrap your business. There is a thread in these forums about a guy fixing and flipping cars. Do something like that and save up your money.

Personally, I would do #2 because it's easier to make more money. A job can limit your hours and pay. You can easily make 5-10K a month with a specialized skillset.
