How do I assess market demand volume to start an API Web3 service for other businesses and startups?

Recently, I decided to put my Web3 idea on the market, and I wanted to know the best way to assess market demand. Do I have to email these startups to know about their interests or anything else? What is the best and most efficient way to do this?

I definitely want to find a statistical way that will give me an overall insight into the market. I appreciate any advice.

Define "the market". All startups? All web3 Startups? All web3 Startups with at least $1M in capitalization?

You can't get statistical until you properly define your terms...

I think in my case, the market could be all online shops that have young users and whose users know the value of crypto. These potential online shops, like game stores, are suited for my work.

Exactly what you are looking for is The Right It book.

But to stop you before you do even that: which problems does your business solve? Is the relative value high enough to justify change?

... and define "Web3", what is it? I can google it for sure, but it is not an exact term. There isn't a universally accepted definition. Crypto is not web3. Why is "Web3" good for me?
