Fantasy Football Year 3

I know a few guys that may be interested as well. It would be nice if we had an active league with about 10 or so teams so the money would be a bit better. What do you say....everyone want to invite a few non-fastlaners? They may find a fastlane by taking our money! haha

I'm cool with it ... I have a blast email going out once the new board is up and running so I'll be sure to mention it there, problem is, that might not be till toward the end of the week. What's the latest we can run a draft?

We were shooting on the draft to be on the Sept 5th....first game is Sept 9th. Hopefully the e-mail will help as I would rather it be just fellow fastlaners in the league.

I have a friend trying to join and he's saying that the League ID is not working!

He's trying "Fastlane Fantasy Football" but when he enters the PW, it says that league does not exist.

Maybe this is why so few have signed up this year?

I think I will be able to get one guy to join. That would bring us to 6. Looks like as many males as we have on this board we would have no problem getting 10-12. You would think people is out working or something....

I can get one more if needed, which would give us 8. Like you said, would prefer atleast 10. If we only had 8, everyone makes playoffs which is kind weak! haha

If we only had 8, maybe we could do something like first round lower seeds (7 and 8) would have to bench two defensive players or something of that nature?

Just a thought.

Sorry for getting back so late. Just graduate from school and studying for the Boards. Once I get done with that on Sept 13th life will be good.

I can get one more, as I said all along. It would be awesome if we could get a few more but time isn't on our side. I was just waiting to tell them to join because of the odd number dilemma. But I can get them to join late Saturday night or Sunday morning no problem if one is just needed. Anyone who has ANY interest in football should join, gives you somewhat of a reason to pay attention to the entire league, even if your team is sucking it up. For example, my panthers scored zero...yes zero TD's in the preseason! If that is any indication, fantasy football will be a savior until college basketball season finally comes around.
