Don't focus on the technical skills. They're not important. Don't learn a language.
Focus first on selling.
You're not selling a website, you're selling results. (Don't focus on the product: focus on the NEED of your client)
Use whatever technical solutions to bring those results wanted by your client. The easiest/fastest solution, the better. Only learn what you need to provide results ; don't learn like at school : learn by doing.
One client ask a scheduling module, learn how you can do this.
One client ask a simple presentation website, learn what's the fastest and easiest way to do it.

With this approach you learn by doing while earning money. And more essentially, you learn skills needed for business, not just webdesign.

Check Fox's web school, he is from here and has a ton of free content to get you started. I also strongly recommend his paid course.

Build a couple of personal projects either for fun or as part of your side hustle. Figure out what skills you need to build those. Once you're done, add those to your portfolio. Niche down and follow the rest of the advice on this thread: NOTABLE! - MARKETING - SIDE HUSTLE - ChatGPT + SwaS + 1 Client + 8 Hours of Work = $5K in 7 days (Here’s How…)

You can and should continue to HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/mySQL, but they shouldn't be your focus. Sure, study and practice for an hour or three everyday. That's sort of a long term growth play, while right now you need to smash heads with the market and figure out what value you can provide today and get paid for it.
