So I skipped my usual meat meal and had a small sub with veggies on it, went to the store and thought I'd pickup some noodles for a snack... *contains dairy* didn't buy those.. yikes, picked up almonds and a ginger ale and some gummies... which contains dairy aswell
Tough journey, there has gotta be someone out there (maybe I'm talking to you!) to fill the gap in the market to make it easier for an idiot like me to switch over to vegan stuff... Later tn I'll see if I can pull off some magic tricks and make some stuff at home after I go grocery shopping, although again one of my favorites meals (rice) contains dairy in it aswell..
Oh boy! Someone go make it easier for me and maybe you can make a few billion bucks.
Don't buy processed stuff and it'll be vegan. Regular dry pasta is vegan (the one that's 100% made of semolina without eggs). Same with rice. Regular dry rice is just rice.
Find a health food store with a clearly marked vegan aisle or ideally a fully vegan store (here's one: VeganSupply.ca - Canada's Online Vegan Shop) and you'll be golden. But the first step is to buy whole foods. Grains, seeds, nuts, vegetables, fruits, it's all vegan as long as it's not processed.
