It's been overwhelm for me. I have some few small community websites that needs to be taken care.
I will do my best to taken care of by financing or any other leveraging way once we do the consulting about it.

The Goals are:
1) You See my initial websites
2) Tell me frankly what I am doing wrong and What I have to do correct to make it good
3) Give me a list or checklist that have to be done no matter what (to meet the bare minimum requirements as mandatory way) at least to meet minimum requirement
4) It's like consulting. I have some problems and you tell me your trenches experience what I have to do Actionable Next Steps

I am looking for website developers veterans (15/20+ years experience) who can tell me what am I doing right and what am i doing wrong.

If you are the right person, make a comment/pm me so that we can get started.

From your opening post it’s not clear why you have websites.

The first thing I’m wondering is “What’s the goal for your websites?”

Make sales?

Get email signups?

Be legit looking for when people visit the site after you give them your business card at a conference?

I can offer you a consult, sure.
I`ve got about 11, soon to be 12 years experience.

For starters, run your sites through these:

Follow the instructions on how to improve your performance and SEO

Then look into this:

Make sure that your website designs are not an eyesore and can be accessed through a mobile device.

After that, take a good look at your websites and make sure that these value attributes are taken good care of:

- About us, write a compeling story
- Contacts visible on all pages
- Regular updates (shuffle products/posts or something else if you have no new information)
- Employee/Owner photos, positions and info about them
- Crisp Clean Photos

If you are selling something, take care of these too

- Price, clearly visible
- Make it easy to order, one step checkout is best
- Guarantee/Waranty should be clearly visible, if any
- Refund/Return Policy, easily visible
- Products features, easily visible
- Payment options, clearly described and visible on all pages
- Affiliations or Associations on index page, Brands you sell, if any
- Celbrity Endorcements/Testemonials
- Public Reviews enabled
- Shipping fee or cost clearly visible on the checkout page

After you do all of these if you still need a consult, drop me a line.

I have been overthinking that's why its not clear. I think I have meant to say Feedback about websites.
I am interested in feedback. I have a hard time expressing the technical issue of webdesign stuffs. It's because I don't know what I am doing but exchanging the feedback, I can start improvise it. That's what I have been trying to describe.
Email sign up = Yes
At this point, talking about sales is pointless because the basic foundation is not concrete yet.

What does this mean?

Dan
I have around 4 to 5 different niche/field websites that needs to improvise because basic foundation of these websites is not good enough. So I was interested in exchange feedback by consulting. This is what I meant to say.

This is very helpful, I think you have made clear distinctions what I was trying to say.
I will jot it down. Thank you. I appreciate you.

My thoughts/feedback is that a website is just a tool. A website is a way HOW to achieve something.

Backing up a bit, WHAT are you hoping to achieve by having a website?

Who does your business help? What does it help them with? How does it do it?

How will those people end up at your website?

Were they searching for something online? What was it? Why were they searching?

Or did they see an ad on Facebook? Why did they see the ad? Why did they click? What did the ad say?

Or is the website there for people to check out after you contact them some other way?

Maybe this thread will explain better why I’m asking these questions:
> HOT TOPIC - The biggest landing page mistake
