First of all I want to say thank you to MJ DeMarco. You opened my eyes and now I see the world with a different view.

I am 21 years old and currently living in Germany. I go to college, but it doesn´t feel right. Before I red the Millionaire Fastlane , the bad feeling was already there. Now it got even worse, because I am preparing for a life in misery. The knowledge that I learn in college is absolutely worthless! I want to learn skills which I can apply in the real world and bring value to the market. I want to quit college but the problem is that I don´t know what to do instead of it.

I started a dropshipping business, but I didn´t make good profit. A guru sold me his course and I realized his intentions when I red it in the Millionaire Fastlane . I have decided to quit dropshipping, because it doesn´t bring value to the customer. I know that I have to build a system which creates money for me. To do this I have to do self education and learn relevant skills. But I don´t know where to start. What should I learn or focus on? Because of the internet there is too much information out there. It is of course a good thing to have every information you need, but the bad thing is you have to filter the important information from the unimportant stuff.

I would and will do EVERYTHING to get successful and I am ready to pay the price for my success. What I know for sure is that I never want to have a job. Seriously, I would rather kill myself instead doing something I don´t like for someone else that I hate! That´s fu**ed up and modern slavery. My motivation is big and I have enough power to hustle 24/7. But I don´t have found my roadmap. It would be great if y´all could give me some advice where to start and what to focus on!

It´s great to be a part of the community. Thank you @MJ DeMarco!

Hey dude welcome to the forum.

As far as where to start, check out the gold threads. They cover a lot of different niches and ways of making money. Maybe you'll find one that meshes with you.

And uh, you know, even MJ had a job.

Might want to consider that before you commit seppuku instead of getting a 9-5. Saving money while figuring out what to do was never lethal to anyone I know. And your job could spark your biz idea, who knows.

However, if you don't need to get one then good on you.

I know you asked MJ, but I would like to make a comment ;P

What year are you in College?
I heard that in Germany, universities are free.
Our modern world unfortunately requires that in order to get you a "good" job you need a degree.

Business as many people know here might take years for you to see any profit. Or it can never profit and you'll have to start another new business. At that time, you'd need to be working in order to live. If you had a degree which you're very close to, then that could make life easier by having a job that pays you well and maybe you can then take some time off to focus on whatever business you want to do with your savings.

On the other side, if you don't you'll usually need to work in a low paying job that will suck your life out at a restaurant until your business hopefully starts generating profit.

My advice is to launch your side-business whilst you study at college, sometimes it's even better because you'll have a community of students around you where you benefit from them as a resource.

Try and do whatever side-business whilst at college and see how that goes. Then decide.

Hey man thanks for your answer. Sorry I didn´t express my way of thinking correctly. I meant that I don´t want to have a job my whole life. A temporary job is fine because everybody needs money to live. My ultimate goal is that I don´t have to work for someone else.

Yeah you are right, college in germany is free. That is actually a really good advice. I could go to college and do my side hustle simultaneously. I am studying economy at the moment, but I want to switch to IT, because there is way more potential for the future and I can learn relevant skills such as programming.

And are the gold threads for free or do I have to pay for them?

Many are free. Oddly, I can't figure out how to see them all in one spot currently. It's been a bit since I've been on the forum and maybe something's changed.

Try just using the search box.

This should get you started:

There's a lot of stuff on this forum. Sometimes you just gotta dig.

Just remember no one deserves anything. "We all deserve a wealthy life" as your thread title says is scripted bullcrap. You get what you put in through hard work and making good decisions. That title comes across as person who feels they are entitled to something.

Hi I am from IT sector . If you are interested in IT field start learning Cloud Computing, Machine automation, Artificial intelligence (any of the above 3) . These skills are very much in demand and will immediately make you employable in most of the IT firms across the globe. In the meantime you can search for your niche/path for life and go for it .
IMO
- Find a job in IT fields mentioned above
- While in job try to find out the skill in which you can serve the most people (dont go for your passion and other guru BS . Find a path in which you can impact/influence as many people as you can and just do that with your heart and soul)
- Once you have found your path dont quit it for 5 years .No matter what failure/success whatever you must must not quit for at least 5 years.

You are just 21 and you have a fastlane mindset this is a big plus . Just go ahead and create your destiny .

All the very best for your future .

I haven´t read unscripted yet, I only red the millionaire fastlane . But you are right, only people who are willing to pay the price will get successful. Not everybody deserves wealth.

Thank you for your advice. I will definitely check those skills out.
Do you think that these 3 skills are useful for business opportunities or are they only valuable for job opportunities?

You will need to master just one of these 3 skills . It will be great for job opportunity .
For business choose the field where you can influence maximum number of people in positive way .

Seriously, I would rather kill myself instead doing something I don´t like for someone else that I hate!

Woa. Just take it a day at a time! Learn to make $50, then you can learn to make $5,000.

But I don´t have found my roadmap.

This forum gives you the tools, but you yourself must create your own map.

it starts with mindset, shifting from consumer to producer.

Best of luck my friend,

Andy

I get that you're 21... but you need to grow up a bit.

You sometimes have to do what you don't like for a few years in order to be able to fund what you really want to do. Its called life.

Also, you don't deserve a wealthy life, nobody does. You earn it (or you're given it if you're lucky).
