We have a fitness digital info product that has been crushing Jan - Oct but having the hardest time trying to scale with PPC keeping costs down.

We hired a PPC "guru" who ended up getting our FB ad account/business manager/ and FB business page all banned...

Trying to figure out what to do from here as we know our landing page converts at 2% to cold traffic, we even make a profit on the front end....... but..

Does it even make sense to try and get another FB ad account...???

Maybe we should go affiliate route?

For those that were successful...... if you had to do it all over again would you..

1) JV

2) run 100% own traffic PPC

3) go join an affiliate network.

Sucks because we have seen our product simply crush.... but we are banned from FB and no clue what to do from here.

Tried adwords but doesn't convert even remotely well as our traffic is on FB

Just create another company and account. If your product is killing, well worth whatever legal fees are.

You could also contact/partner with someone in the industry, but I still like the idea above.

Get a new account rolling while fighting with FB for the first account back IF you really weren't breaking the rules. You have to have VERY good margins if you want to bring in affiliates IMO.

Unfortunately you have run into the wall of FB that happens to most everyone. It wont be the last time either. So prepare for it.

Gotcha, what sucks is the loss of followers. Are you able to re-engage them outside of facebook (email/text).

Regarding domains and CC's. Literally takes a day to register company, get domain, and have new cc to start with.

Another option is to partner with someone or company that can drive traffic to you. Similar to affiliate, but but a little more strategic in who you choose. If you can show exponential value, you'll be able to negotiate a much better return.

EDIT: I mention creating a new company asap only to show that you don't want to lose momentum with the progress you've made. Blows, but the only thing that'll make ya feel better is seeing numbers building again. This time, learn from mistakes, and adjust.

Very much appreciate the insight....

Just wondering if we should even bother running our own PPC or just go 100% affiliate route like the majority of ebook funnels I see...

At least this way.... never care what FB does and it doesn't have our collective business balls in a vice

In the process of re-creating new stuff..

Unfortunately we are starting the new business page from 0 followers......

Only have our customer emails, not fb followers... =-(

I'm reminded of the excellent podcast in this thread:

Personally, I've never been an affiliate, and have never used affiliates. As a PPC dude, I prefer building a relationship and win-win direct with business owners. Find someone or a handful of people like me, who will work with you to grow your business.

JVs sound even more promising.

Affiliates might work if you vet them and work closely with them (which is basically option 1 above anyway).

How can you come back from this stronger?

I'll shut up now as this isn't my lane...

I've been/am an affiliate and I agree with the above. I wouldn't want any serious product of mine to be run by affiliates. If i didn't have the skills myself, I'd bring someone on in some way shape or form to do it, not the world of affiliates. That's just my own preferences. Many people make lots of money off the backs of affiliates.
