Hi Everyone
I joined this forum as I have friends in real life and online that frequent it.

I'm a freelancer, but my goal is to become a digital nomad and my wife not needing to work.

My current businesses are graphic design, but moving into more web design.
My secondary business is a garden blog, where I generate 60,000+ page views a month on, mainly from Pinterest.

If you have any questions about Pinterest, let me know.

On a side note, I'm based in Guangzhou, China.

Do you think we will see more advertisers moving towards pinterest in the near future? Do they have any type of paid/sponsored advertising like facebook/instagram/twitter?
I'm fairly naive with pinterest other than the basic understanding of the boards/pins, since my wife has an account.

Yes, they have 'sponsored pins', however before deciding on pinterest you should search for things in your niche, to see if they're popular.
More advertises will be moving towards pinterest, especially when they open it up to more countries, but it's only suitable for certain niches.

For me all my traffic has been organic and I've created a lot pins that have gone viral.
Here's my detailed guide that I wrote.https://ping.design/marketing/market-business-pinterest/
