When you want to post pictures with motivational quotes from successful people. Can you just take them from the Internet? How do I know, whether I am allowed to post a certain picture or not?

So I got FollowLiker. However Im a little confused about the Scrape Photo tickbox. Does that mean Im saving someones pic to my computer? Which is not what I want to do.

I'd like to find certain popular accounts in the entrepreneur niche, maybe using keyword searching, like Garyvee. Then start liking 3 recent pictures of the accounts liking his pics. This should gain me followers amirite?

Do I have to follow other accounts to do this? I would prefer not to follow anyone at all on my account if thats possible.

Scrape photo in other terms means "Find Photos". You can choose to save them as an extra option, however if you want to like images or comment on images...you will need to enable this.

How do I find offer deals? You would have to join a CPA network like peerfly, maxbounty, neverblue or even clickbank etc. there are many out there, google cpa networks.

I only super manage 2-3 accounts that I log in with my phone and interact, upload with.

The rest were built with the mindset of build and forget(of course I log in every once in a while to check and make sure everything is good), But I have my bot do a lot of the work, posting pics, likes, etc.
You using MP man? I got some accounts that I don't touch for months love the hands free feel. Ive been helping Influencers like yourself create tangible products to increase your margins if you're ever interested. In return Im willing to open an ear to what you have to say about Snapchat as ive been trying to wrap my head around that

It certainly won't be as easy or passive as running a simple ad, but building and selling businesses can help any IM dude buff up the old resume

I usually just screenshot photos from Instagram and give the person credit. I have been doing this for about a year now and I MAY have only had one incident where the person said to change the @account name to their main account. Most people on Instagram know that their photos get taken for other peoples use. They appreciate those account who give them credit, as it drives new followers to their page as well.

You don't need to follow other peoples accounts if you don't want too.

I have a video on how I set up my FollowLiker account that is in my signature. Whether you watch it or not, make sure your settings are targeting your audience correctly.

My opinion about liking 3 photos per account is this:
You may see a slight increase in the likelihood of a single person following you if you like 3 photos as opposed to one. However, you are guaranteed to reach only 1/3 of the people if you like that many photos per account. Remember, you have a limited number of likes per day.

From what I have read, great thread. I started playing with instagam for business not too long ago.

I did notice recently, as in the last 6 months or so, the traction I get out of a post has gotten cut down significantly.

As said before by MJ, Instagram changed their algorithm from a timeline based feed to a new feed that is catered to each individual. People who engage with certain accounts more often will see those accounts posts at the top of their feed, as long as they were recently posted.

It is beneficial for larger accounts and less beneficial for those smaller accounts. However, if you can gain more engagement by posting more engaging photos, using correct hashtags and getting new followers to like your newest posts, you should start to see this new algorithm benefit you more than hurt you.

Real quick: For anyone who's using Mikkel's liking method make sure you follow it PERFECTLY! It turned out I had a number wrong in my settings which caused the whole method to run slow. I fixed it and now am getting some traction on my followers. Not super fast growth yet, but definitely got me off the plateau I was at.

About scraping photos and auto posting them, do you'll scrap the comments too or do you manually add comments to 300+ photos?
Thanks!

Thanks so much for your video Mikkel. It was very helpful.

My IG account is actually not for monetisation. Im actually using it as a blog about my life here in Thailand and my entrepreneurial journey. I usually write long near 2200 character blog posts with original content, like pics of girls, partying or working.

Used to have a blog like this on a poker forum back in the day and people really enjoyed it. If anyones interested in following it, its called milliondollarquest.

If Im not allowed to post my IG account, mods feel free to censor it. People can PM me for it if theres any interest.

Thanks!

I manually add comments to each of the photos to give my viewers the best experience I can provide.

I am planning on posting another Youtube video of my process of posting photos as well. I was hoping to post last week but I am swamped with tests for the next 10ish days.

Thanks! A couple hundred rep+ to you.

What specifically are the metrics that Instagram has announced are the determining factors of the algorithm?

How did you deal with it?

To give you an idea about my account. I have about 7 thousand followers obtained the old fashioned way and post 5-7 times per week. I used to get 200-300 likes for a good post and now a good one gets me 120-140.

I also signed up for Instagress to gain more followers. I'm running it on slow, but will turn it up little by little. Methodically. The right way so I don't screw it up.

Any recommendations for me?

Thanks in advance for this amazing value.

I do not know the specific metrics, as I don't think Instagram will want to release this. However, I have noticed that the more you check out a specific profile the more likely you are to see their next post, so your goal is to make people want to check out your new posts. The only way to do this is to create a brand or image that makes people want to see what you post. The easiest way to do this is to target those accounts that already are interested in the types of photos you post.

Now, I also believe that those that are getting high engagement per photo will be more likely to rank higher on the feed, but that is mere speculation as I have not experimented enough to see if this proves to be correct. If this is the case, then gaining new followers through Instagress or FollowLiker will be extremely beneficial. This is because these new followers will be on your account page, so you want these people to engage with your most recent photos.

My account was never hit hard with this algorithm because I never spammed my post, like so many of my competitor did. That set me apart from everyone else. People know that I post once every day/other day and so they will look for my photos. They know they are quality photos as well with no hashtags(opposed to 20 spammy hashtags in the description.) I believe that my long term strategy of perceiving myself as a big influencer, even before I had a large following, allowed people to look at my account in more of a positive light. To say each of my long term strategies would be like writing a novel though. Some of them may work while others may just be my neurotic self trying to justify why I do certain things on Instagram.

Social factors play a big role in this as well. Everything from how many photos you post, to the amount of followers to following ratio all play into a psychological factor with how likely they will view your Instagram. This is one reason why accounts reach millions of followers. People view these accounts as big influences in that specific niche and are more compelled to follow.

I have not used Instagress for more than the 3 day period, but I believe it is somewhat similar to FollowLiker. My suggestion, to get the most out of the program, is to target your target audience by finding niche related accounts and targeting their audience.

The process for the bot should look like this:

Your Account(@FastCars) --> Find 15 accounts that post fast cars ---> Instagress will go to each account and like their MOST RECENT photo

Make sure these 15 accounts are currently active and has a large following.

If you'd like, send me a message with your Instagram account. It is difficult for me to say exactly how you should approach your Instagram as each account is different. I might be able to give you a few suggestions.

Anyways, good job @Kak on gaining 7K followers the old fashion way! That is quite good; imagine how many followers you can gain by liking photos with Instagress ;)

For an overview of the change but not specifics

https://techcrunch.com/2016/06/03/i...-puts-the-best-posts-first-goes-live-for-all/

"In March, Instagram announced plans to move away from showing posts in strict reverse chronological order, and instead boost those based on the “likelihood you’ll be interested in the content, your relationship with the person posting, and the timeliness of the post,”

If you have 7K organic followers your account is old enough to be run a little more aggressively with instagress. I have 450 followers, and I am posting once a week and it gets me minimum above 50 likes in a hour.

My safe settings is 1,400 - 1,500 likes per day. I usually have my program liking photos ever 25 - 30 seconds.

I suggest starting off on the slow settings for a couple of days before jumping into an a higher setting.

I believe Instagress only has 3 settings that you can use. So my suggestion would be:
2-3 days in Slow speed
Then change to Moderate speed

If the high speed is above 1,600 likes a day, I would be cautious in using that speed

So i used your video to set up my account Mikkel, however after liking the first pic, FollowLiker says "Next scheduled automation will run in 5 minutes", then counts down every ten seconds.

Isnt it supposed to like a picture every 20-30 seconds? Not sure if I have a setting wrong, but Ive followed everything in the video I think.

Edit: Sometimes it starts the timer at 3min 50sec. Not sure whats going on. What setting do I have wrong here since its only liking one pic every 3-5 min? lol

Hmm.

Double check to make sure your "Scrape User Limit" is at 40 rather than at 1

Double check to make sure your "Like Limit" is set to 15 - 20 rather than at 1-1(or something of this nature)

If neither of these works then you may have to screenshot your settings for me so I can see if I can spot something. We can do that in PM though.

Basically around the same numbers Mikkel is at. I keep a log of my progress, so I know if I do a run for 30 hours at 55 Likes & 15 Comments an hour that gets me around 1,600 likes and 400 comments in 30 hours. I have done this run so far twice and just today I decided to cut it down to 17 hours. My run today started at 11AM and will automatically stop around 2:30AM.

I seriously need to start a thread of my progress lol but college life is keeping me behind. Just found out that the hashtag I created based on my IG niche name is starting to be used by others. But the top posts under that hashtags are 6 of my posts with the most likes under that hashtag lol F*cking awesome! I am 50 likes away from reaching 500!!

1. Definitely make a video on how you post your photos! Right now I have it all automated through FollowLiker.

2. Just went through some posts and and upped my like limit from 650-850 to 850-1050.

Here's a picture of my growth these past couple of days using the like method. Is this considered good for an account under 1,000 followers?

You probably could be gaining more followers than this.

Is this your IG Blog posts with 618 followers?

You may need to work on which niche you are targeting, or posting more engaging photos.

This is the personal development Instagram page I PM'ed you about. I've asked people and they said my page looks really good. The problem must be my targeting but I'm literally targeting accounts that post similar content with a LARGE audience.
