Hello, after posting my introduction on the Forum. I took action a bit, and one of the things that worked best was growing a Youtube channel in the entertainment/gaming category.

I'm not sure if it's a good longterm strategy because my strategy would be to make hardcore fans through authenticity and insane value generation. I learned that virality can be damaging on Youtube, especially if the people who subscribed don't care at all about your personal brand.

I'm sorry. I initially shared a bunch of tips on this thread, but I had nothing to back them up. I didn't want to give bad advice so I removed a crucial chunk of text. Now the thread doesn't make any sense.

I wanted to discuss about the Youtube algorithm and my point was that youtubers should make videos for their audience, serve their viewers as best as they can, focus on providing as much value as possible and then the Youtube algorithm will follow and recommend your videos to the relevant masses. I also mentioned how reading Fastlane is such a big advantage for Youtubers, because it gives them the mindset they need for growth and income generation on the platform.

Since things are going fine.(I qualified for monetization two weeks after getting serious on my channel.) I don't have any big questions. However if there are resources that can help for making better engaging videos, I would be extremely grateful for the directions.

I thank you a lot for your offer. I wanted to provide value initially, but my lack of confidence led me to edit the thread into a meaningless message with no value.
