This is some advice I received from the horses yesterday on my walk. For a minute when they got close to me I feared they would bite me when I reached out my hand. They spooked and ran off and I jumped. Then I stayed calm and started singing to the song on my tablet and they came back towards me and let me touch them.
So, the lesson you can learn from this is if you fear people, you're afraid to communicate with them, trust them, and interact with them, of course they will mirror the same thing and run away from your business. I guess there's something to be learned about confidence, trusting yourself, and trusting other people in the world. At times something in the past might have triggered you, and for a second you got spooked, but you are always in control and can change the situation around even in the business world.
