What are the best books/podcasts for developing hard skills?

The title speaks for itself.
As I was working on the website for my company, I had a sudden realization hit me. I don't know squat. Sure, yes, I have a general blueprint/plan for what I want to do, and a solid mindset thanks to books by MJ and other self-development authors, but I don't really know much about the guts of running a company.

So, what are the best (Fastlane) books/podcasts you would recommend on topics such as:
- Marketing
- Copywriting
- Sales
- Finance/Accounting
- Communication
- Leadership

Any comments would be appreciated.

Books/podcasts are great for ideas and inspiration, but for hard skills nothing (in my opinion) beats deliberate practice.

The best book solves the problem in front of you. MJ has a thread about it.

I like Alex Hormozi's podcast for general business tips.

At the moment I am listening to the audiobook from Scott H. Young: "Ultralearning: Accelerate Your Career, Master Hard Skills and Outsmart the Competition".

It´s about learning in general and how someone can learn hard skills in quite a short period of time. The author for example did the MIT curriculum for computer science, which takes students appr. 4 years, in just 12 months.
