Theres a no name podcast that has an Instagram page (less than 70 followers). Lately they've been using our the hashtag of our product to promote their show. As a result, when you search our product you see their weird @$$ branding instead of our advertising posts.
The thing is, whoever runs this page is a customer (LOL). They've made a post bigging up our product (this was before they went crazy using our hashtags).
So...I want them to stop using our hashtags, but I don't want to lose them as a customer. Therefore I dont think it would be a good idea to ask them to stop. Is there any other way to go about this?
