The world we live in is systemized, its rules can't be breached. For example, only a small percentage of people will be on the Fastlane and the majority will not.

Therefore what is the purpose of this kind of book besides the author's revenue?
If it's read by millions and each of them thinks while reading: I am special, it's clear that I am in the minority that is going to be rich. And MJ DeMarco reinforces that presumption in each chapter: "Yes yes, they are lazy losers, but of course you are not amid them!"

After the book is read, you acquired some knowledge, but you aren't assuredly going to break nature's law with that.

Then, what's the point?
I genuinely don't get it, help me dig to the truth.

I haven't followed the rules for 30 years. And here I still am, living a fantastic dream simply because I decided to "Breach" rules you say can't be breached. When will the police come arrest me for living too well? For breaching rules?

Therefore what is the purpose of this kind of book besides the author's revenue?

You're not searching for the truth, you searching for your truth.

Math doesn't lie, people do.

I didn't create my forum to debate your reality, or to steer people away from a realistic method to obtain their optimum life. The fact is, people who have the gumption to read my work, and hence are probably a bit open minded, have a better chance than your average Joe 9-to-5'er. Nature's law has nothing to do with it, but mathematics, asymmetric returns, effort, and most of all, value skew.

Of course, not everyone will make it and I understand that. However that is more of a function of effort and process over qualification. People who "try" business will fail. People who live it, will not.

If you don't like or agree with my message, that's OK. I know I could show you a file folder filled with people who have had their lives changed due to my work, but I know it wouldn't matter. I don't waste my time trying to change opinions.

You're welcome to spend your time spreading your philosophy of business, life, and wealth on your forum or on your social media channels. You know, the ones you created.

This forum is for people who can, and will change their world. And who knows, maybe the world they live in.

Good luck to you.

MJ DeMarco, thank you for your reply.
I didn't mean to challenge your work.

I wrote this question because found the profound value and meaning in your books but still had misunderstandings.

I needed to get clear doubted aspects of your book for me, to reinforce ideas. Because when you are in the hard times of your journey, you don't want to doubt the principles you use but truly understand why you use them.

Of course there is a struggle, no one escapes it.

The question is, how it is handled.

Most people quit.
Some try again, then quit.

But few learn to live the struggle until they get to the truth. So in that respect, you are right -- few will win the promisedland not because they didn't have the formula or the right concepts, but because they "tried" and things didn't work out as planned. Newsflash: Most people won't impact millions on their first try to impact millions. It takes some time -- perhaps as long as ten years, but not forty or fifty.

Don't trust me, trust the math... because that doesn't lie.
