Darren Hardy introduces four types of passion in his book "The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster".

Many successful people talk about the importance of passion. Most people think passion is only "love what you do". Turns out that this isn't true.

Four passion switches:
SWITCH NO.1 - BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO.
SWITCH NO.2 - BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT WHY YOU DO IT.
SWITCH NO.3 - BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT HOW YOU DO IT.
SWITCH NO.4 - BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT WHO YOU DO IT FOR.

"Don’t fall for the “I’m just not passionate about what I do” trap. Passion isn’t just about what you do. You can still find unstoppable and electrifying passion in why, how, and who you do it for. Which switch you choose doesn’t really matter, as long as the choice matters to you—passionately."
- Darren Hardy in his book "The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster"

"The feedback loop drives passion, which drives action, which drives results.", "Passion flows when effort is rewarded." (Unscripted )

As soon as you have a positive feedback loop and see that others love what you do, you will be passionate about what you do, why you do it, how you do it, who you do it for.
