I just started working on finding a fastlane idea with little success. Then i found Demarco's book and Limos.com and i have a few questions about the website. I didn't read the book yet and i would be glad if someone answered them for me. I hope they're not stupid. Thank you in advance.

2. How did MJ DeMarco advertise his site and where? (how did the site "explode" so fast?)
3. Isn't it fairly easy to open a business like that so he violated entry?
4. How much money was needed to start Limos.com?
