This video is aimed towards artists but I really think it applies to the mindset of anyone trying to "Get there"

I agree with you niftyg this does apply to almost any goal you want to achieve. Years ago as I transitioned into my slowlane IT job, I took this same type of approach and tried to resolve as many issues as I could to speed up my learning curve. (I was working on a help desk then). It worked, I caught up but it took time.

1 project a week eh? Hmmm... that's fast. I wonder if I could move that fast? Will definitely ponder this. Good things happen when you move at pace... (aka help lots of people).

Well just break that down into smaller goals which I am 100% sure everyone can

I was thinking more along the lines of helping a different person each week. What would that look like in my business (or yours?). What would have to change for me to find a new person to help each week? What processes would I have to improve to be able to just manage that amount of leads and "projects"? Where might we be if we got to the end of the year having helped 52 people?
