We're considering making a separate forum here about mistakes and what people have learned from them.

Any ideas for what we'd NAME the forum?

Best to focus on what was learned, instead of the mistakes-- so the name would reflect this.

Off the top of my noggin:

"Pit Stops" (Refueling and repairs in the fastlane)
"Crash Testing" (learning from accidents/failures)

But I'm sure there are better names.
