I am researching business payment options in tandem with my business system concepts (I have to execute my plan this way, as I am not a US person). My search led me to consider Legal Zoom for advice regarding LLC formations. I contacted them and was told I would have unlimited 30 minute calls... for 6-months (for $216.00) or 12-months (for $375.00). I later found out that Legal Zoom's legal document service is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. In addition, they cannot provide legal advice and can only provide self-help services at my specific direction. I am trying to find more reasonable option to answer a few basic questions.
I was trying to obtain information on the best US state for a Caribbean person to set up an LLC; connecting foreign accounts to LLCs... and so on.
Any suggestions on reputable alternatives to Legal Zoom will be sincerely appreciated.
