Enrolling on the Apple Store, LLC Disregarded company (Non- Us Resident)

Someone know what is the right way to Enrolling in the Apple Store with a disregarded LLC entity (with an Owner that is not a USA Resident?)

I´m From Spain and I have an LLC entity in the USA with a US bank account.

Is a Disregarded company, the problem is that when I try to set up the paid apps agreement, Apple display the form W-9 instead of Form W8-BEN (that is for non-us resident)

My question is... is this right?

Under the name of my company, appear an option that asks me ...
"Who is the Beneficial Owner? "

Then i have several options to choose like:
- Individual
- Limited Liability Company - Disregarded Entity (I have selected this option)
- Limited Liability Company - Partnership,
Others...

I m not sure if the form W-9 is the right for me because my other online business is selling books on amazon and there the form that I m using is W8-BEN

¿Someone with experience selling on the Apple Store can help me with this problem?
I have tried to contact to The Financial support, but don't look useful.

I wish to sell the apps under the name of my LLC and use my US bank account to get all payments

But at the same time, i m not a US Person
