Aaggghhh... I was hoping to come back with a big "result" style thread but I am still in the trenches.
What has been happening so far:
- Moved from web design into sales funnels. It is way more in line with my skills and has a LOT of potential if I can crack it
- The idea is to be the guy people work with to get a lot more leads and a lot more sales
- Already worked with over 20 agencies, freelancers and businesses last year... it went very well
This year so far...
- Got the sickest I have ever been in Jan, lost over 6kg and was wrecked for weeks
- Since then have gotten the business going and about to cross the first $100k in sales
- Now stuck with trying to build out systems and also bring in some higher LTV offers
So this is a mix of done-with-you (start people here) and then as people progress / see it in action I can move them up to done-for-you style offers.
I currently have 4/5 people who want me to run their sales systems for them.
- Top influencer with 500k+ audience -> I will get paid $30-40k to dial in his next launch and build a new sales strategy
- Another top influence with 1m+ audience --> He is very skilled (paid speaker in his indsutry etc) but his agency is not selling itself so well, wants me to take over the sales on a % basis
- 2-3 agencies doing around $50$150k a month who want me to also take over their outreach and sales systems
It sounds all good on paper (and there is a lot of potential) but I am getting crushed on time management and my own team systems.
Any one person I can help in a big way -> but to design a training system for the done-with-you people and take over all these sales systems is above my current abilities.
So - time to document, learn fast, and step things up.
Goal is a 100k a month profit business (working normal hours) by years end with 70% of those profits going into smart investments.
