I post on here once every while, last post was about 4 months ago. I was running a detailing business doing about 10-15k/month, but was spending all my time working and not actually being able to scale
so I completely quit doing any fulfilment. Focused soley on marketing. Few month later i'm doing about 40k/month in revenue, but profits pretty slim at 25%. Good part is I only work an hour or two a day at most.
Unfortunately this is a seasonal type of business, so going into winter i doubt ill be profitable considering expenses are pretty damn high.
So my next step is honestly just picking a much more scalable business model that isn't capped at these numbers. maybe there is a way to keep growing it but i just don't see the point. i make like $50 profit from a booking and although they come in mass quantity, i just feel like something higher ticket has to be the move
The first thought that comes to mind is just running an agency that helps other business owners do what I did. Or a coaching program. I posted about it on instagram reels for 2 weeks and made around $1000 just by selling a $100 community
I plan to keep posting on social media but theres only so much I can post about, I still have multiple hours a day to focus on a different business
Maybe I can transition into a more high ticket industry and just generate leads and sell them. But I'm not certain id be able to get leads for anything else efficiently.
just not sure where to go from here. I really want to do something that has atleast 50-100k/month potential. I've been making close to 10k/mo for over a year and a half now. I've also got 150k saved up to play with, although I am the type of person who really doesn't like to spend money.
But i will if i have to. main priority is starting something new and scaling QUICK even if it costs me some money upfront
any ideas would be much appreciated!
