I heard a story of a business owner who got fed up with his staff always wondering "Who's to blame?".

He wrote a note and put it in his desk. Whenever the blame game started he'd pull the note out to show everyone.

It said:

"It's my fault."

Then he'd say, "Now, how can we fix it and prevent it happening again?"

Look in the mirror first, then move forward.

I've used this strategy in my work as well and have to admit, it has a success rate of 100% so far.

It tells you the most common biases we all have.

Its super funny, when you go through it, you will find so many that will relate either to yourself or to people that are close to you.
