Does it seem little? With that figure, he could do a lot and gain peace of mind and time to think about bigger things.

I live in Argentina with inflation of 116%, currency devalued by more than 1000%, uncertain future. I read many threads where he makes thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars.

What idea could you give me to generate $300 or even $100? Maybe it's easier for you to give me some idea. Here we live overwhelmed, with a lot of mental noise due to day-to-day problems, maybe they will help me focus and show me a path. Thank you.

I need something more real, something concrete. I understand the concept of that chapter but I can't find anything in real life. I think that it should be easy for you to generate $300 a month, it should be a change, a crumb, but for me it is equivalent to a full salary. I thought you could share some of what you know.

What skills do you have? (programming, graphics design, etc.) What value can you provide? An easy way to get to your goal is simply to trade your labor and time for money. This is not fastlane but it doesn't sound like you're necessarily looking for something fastlane in your situation... it seems like you simply want to cover your living expenses as soon as possible.

Here's something real and concrete: sell translation services on UpWork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. since you speak Spanish - https://www.upwork.com/ab/profiles/search/?q=spanish translator. The median rate is $10/hr so you'll need to do 30-40 hours of work a month to get to your $300/month goal. Do a great job by going the extra mile with your deliverables and build a decent side hustle.

Take this side hustle to the next level by building some skills and sell those skills again. In the last couple of months I spent close to $1500 on photo editing services and $500 on video editing services. The platforms will take their cut but most of this goes straight to the freelancer's pocket since they have little to no business overhead.

We have yet to learn about your skill and business opportunities in your country.

It is more like asking what we know that exists.

If you are eyeing only 1-200 dollars a month, you should explore crypto play to earn games. Many are free to play.

These are things that people in developed countries cannot be bothered to do, making $5 a night playing chess online.

Or sell something for $300 every month and then figure out what to do with the rest of your time.

What I would rather think about is why you limit yourself to 300 a month ?

It will be hard anyway and, from my experience, many people who set these goals (300 a month) never even get there. What you think is that making this little will be easy. Truth be told, it is probably easy. But this thinking of 1. Just 300 dollars and 2. every month, will greatly limit you in what you can do.

Why not make $3600 in one month and then nothing for the rest ?

SKILLS?
-I know something about image editing.
-I'm starting to study programming (I'm still very noob).
-I was a law student but I didn't receive it, I dropped out when I was missing 25% of the degree. I didn't like the law.
-Some rubbish courses that are useless.
-I have always been a business employee.
-I know basic English, I use a translator to write to you even though I know how to read in English.

Maybe there are skills that you are not naming or considering and that others will use.

I learn fast, I just don't know what I should learn to generate $.

@David4431 I have seen these platforms but they appear to be good for generating extra money but in reality they are not so good. When you enter you see how they really are. They are completely saturated, it is almost impossible to get your job offer to be displayed. Basically they are dominated by few users in each category who are the ones that appear first.

-Why did I choose the figure of $300?

Because economies are relative. Making $300 a month in my country would be like generating a new income of $10k for you. I must think of the most realistic number that can be generated from my country.
And what you say is partly true (It is better to set a goal higher than $300), but my proposition was this:

I see that in this forum they make thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars.
If you guys can hit those numbers relatively easily then generating $300 should be a piece of cake.

So, I ask you then, how would you make $300? Since for you that would be as easy as snapping your fingers compared to what I read that you can do.

It is true, these numbers are not "fast lane", but the first objective is to get out of need and gain some peace of mind and then think about something bigger. There is an immediate need that I must solve.

How would I go about making 300 a month online ?

I would choose a niche for freelancing that I can learn and which has not that much competition. Then I'd go and do whatever I can to make the best F*cking fiver profile the platform has seen. Next, I ask a few friends to order from me and give me 5 stars. Then I give them back their money through PayPal and take the 30% loss.

Now with a quality profile I start running ads for the categories I want to rank for. If I then provided service with a base level of competency and a good result I should have that 300 a month in the bag.

No it wouldn't be easy for me because 0 to 1 is one of the hardest steps for most people.

Also one more piece of advice if you want to get paid in dollars:
Learn to speak dollar fluently.

If you didn't get the joke, that means learn to speak English fluently. That ability is the foundational baseline you need to actually be able to make money online.

I am curious to hear what you have done for the last almost 3 years? You asked similar question October 2020 and got several suggestions. What have you done with those suggestions? How is your life different now? How will it be different 3 years from now?

Can you mow grass, wash cars or windows, repair anything, build and sell anything, or help someone moving? Is there anything you could improve around you and get paid?

I tried to start a business and it failed. It was a children's clothing brand and for a year I was practically inactive due to my mother's health problems. Now I'm trying to study programming while I'm at my shitty job.
(In the video you can see the logo and the name of the brand that the graphic design and marketing studio had made. Also some images of different applications and logo tests.
The name of the brand makes a pun with the word "moon" and "sleep" in Spanish and the slogan something like "little dress")

What is different now?

The currency of my country has devalued 500% since 2020. In other words, the economy is worse.
I tried to do some things in my city, physical businesses, but it didn't work.
Today I have to do an online business and generate income in dollars, I can no longer think about earning in my local currency as I could do in 2020 because the currency has no more value.
When I wrote that post in 2020, then I started the failed venture that I mentioned above and put programming aside. Now I'm back with programming.

In summary, the situation is worse than, there is more devaluation and more inflation. $300 dollars now is worth much more than in 2020. Which forces me to think only about doing something online to earn in dollars.

I have a question about PayPal:

Paypal disabled my account for "violating the terms and conditions" and kept the money that was in it. It was actually unfair because it wasn't my fault. Someone owed me money and told me that he was going to pay me through Paypal, that person sold products such as gym supplements, energy supplements, cialis, viagra, etc. To pay the money he owed me he had a couple of his clients pay him using my Paypal address. It turns out that these products are prohibited by Paypal and my account was disabled.

He never told me he was going to do that. I wanted to appeal the penalty but Paypal customer service did not allow it.
I asked the customer service if I could create a new account with my name and if there was no risk that they would also disable it and keep my money again ... they replied that they did not know (terrible customer service)

Many online businesses use Paypal. Do you think they could also disable my new account if they see that there is activity in it and I deposit money?

Idk man, I think your attitude is in the wrong place, and I am by no means in a position to give any advice like the more senior unscriptees who have already helped you and gave you a bunch of priceless advice but I just happened to come across the post and the way you wrote and just the fact that there's some much of "give me" just strum a weird chord in me hah...

I too come from a third world country and I understand the struggle I am living in it, everyday, but the way you phrased things in this and all your previous posts take the stance of taking more than giving, and that's contrarian to what the books are teaching you in all aspects...

I'm paraphrasing but Mj wrote something along the lines of there always being problems, and where there are problems, there are solutions to be discovered.

It's hard man, I've had a first hand taste on what's like living on $200 a month, and I am by no means downplaying your stituation, but if it was easy everyone would be doing it, that's just the way it weds out the weak.

I also once heard or read a phrase that went something along the lines of

If we all place our personal problems in a pile along all of the world's problems, we'd take ours right back.

I wish nothing but the best for you, good luck.

Why do you think I want you to pity me? I did not understand that.

I only asked you about PayPal, perhaps you are more familiar with cases like this, and I was asking for your advice on whether it was convenient to continue using it or not.

Paypal is not used here in my country (unless you want to receive payments from abroad) but I see that in foreign online businesses it is one of the main ways they use as a means of payment, for example, the other day I was thinking of doing something on Twich and I saw that they only accept PayPal and bank transfer (bank transfer takes 75% from Argentines, if I won $10k dollars I would only receive between $2,500 and $3,000 so Paypal would be more convenient).

When I entered the section where the Paypal user forum is, I literally saw hundreds of them who had lost a lot of money (10k, 20k, etc. or more) in their accounts due to surprise and abusive closures of Paypal's policies without even knowing the reasons. (many had started legal action against the company). Luckily I lost little money, about $280 dollars. It annoyed me more not being able to use the account than the money, but it would be a problem if I started to generate a lot more money and again Paypal took everything for no reason.

So the point was, from Argentina if I want to do business online in other countries, 80%-90% ask us for Paypal as a form of payment, that's why I explained my case and asked for advice on whether it is convenient to continue using it. Just relax.

I am taking action. I only ask for advice, ideas, etc.

You're right, now that I read myself what I wrote sounds like "give me". I know it's not the style of the forum or MJ's ideas.

Maybe there really is some of that but not that much. I think that I come here to look for only the tip of the ball, ideas, etc. to later develop and execute them myself.

Entering forums with people from other countries and another mentality helps to change the vision and mentality that people have from here. Perhaps there are things that from here would never cross my mind but after talking with you I can come to see things that I did not see before, that is why I ask for ideas here. If I only talk to the people around me and see only what surrounds me where I am living now that makes you go into a mental plateau, makes you feel stuck.

Where are you from?

What idea could you give me to generate $300

No. I don't want to play your game. Let's play mine.

I have $300 a month.

Convince me to give it to you.

It's my money, I can spend it any way I want and right now I have zero intention of spending it on you. I don't know the first thing about you other than what you've written in this thread.

Convince me and I will spend it.

I tried to start a business and it failed. It was a children's clothing brand and for a year I was practically inactive due to my mother's health problems. Now I'm trying to study programming while I'm at my shitty job.

Man you have no idea what you're talking about.

You make me wonder. @Jrjohnny would whistle in astonishment.

You are not a teenager, but your thinking is worse than that of a teenager.

Do you know that last year when I read MJs books I was earning about 50 USDs a month. And I had left part time work that reduced it from 100 USD to about that amount?

And I never dropped out of university. I completed my university.

Do you know that I have used the floor of my room as a bed for my mattress for over a year now?

Do you know that right now I live in a room without power?

Do you know that my business has faced a serious problem that I am working with my partner to resolve and continue?

You have no idea how your mind is losers mind.

You want money and you don't have an idea WTF to do to get money!

And you claim you've read the Millionaire Fastlane .

And you come to the forum and ask a useless question.

And you are given answers and you respond like some big lazy a$$ that the answers don't fall in.

I THINK YOU BETTER SHUT-UP AND DO SOMETHING WORTHWHILE

And stop whining like a puppy. You're a man.

Endure. Do something useful to others.

If you have no idea what it is, we can't get it for you.

YOU ARE DOOMED BY YOUR CURRENT MIND.
IT IS UP TO YOU TO CHANGE YOUR COURSE.

OK, here's your actual problem:

You don't seem to understand the concept of adding value. You might think you do, but you don't.

The proof? This thread.

You keep taking, and taking, and taking...

Without giving anything back in return.

You're not even doing the minimum like thanking and liking people's helpful replies, let alone adding real value to their lives.

That's why @BizyDad asked you to convince him to give you $300. He expects you to offer your help/services in a way that aids his business, frees up his time, and takes away some of his responsibilities.

But from seeing your attitude up until this point, I'd say it's more likely you're going to try to get him to take pity on you. Because of Argentina and all that...

I get that Argentina's currency is f*cked up right now, but you actually have the chance to live like a king there for that exact reason.

Right now, however, you don't seem to have a valuable skill at your disposal. All you have is time.

Which means you could either:

1. Learn a valuable skill, such as graphic design (I take it you're already experienced in this) or web design

Example A: You can learn how to create websites using Wordpress very quickly (especially if you use templates). Sell each of your websites for $300 to countries where that's a small amount of money (e.g. websites in the U.S. usually cost upwards of 10x that) and you could make $1000+ per month.

Example B: You use your graphic design skills and apply to gigs on Upwork posted by digital marketing agencies. You can help them by making converting ad and email image creatives that they'll use for their clients.

2. Work as a virtual assistant doing basic (but time consuming) tasks for digital marketing agencies, ecommerce stores, etc

Man you have no idea what you're talking about.

You make me wonder. @Jrjohnny would whistle in astonishment.
Thank you isaac for the I assume is a compliment.

Now, bluehorse.

I’ve been watching on the sidelines for a week or so now.

You keep getting this great advice.

But you seem to shoot it down.

You ignore advice from these people I’d be blessed to get advice from.

Instead of learning how to make money, how about you learn to listen to others when you ask for advice?

Don’t shoot down peoples advice even when it’s what your asking for.

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

I really liked your clothing idea.

Why don’t you go through with it?

It seems like you’re not made to be an entrepreneur.

You have something good going for you:

You make an excuse and stop going after it.

You turn to a forum, asking for advice.

And when someone gives you advice, you ignore it.

So instead of learning to make 1 dollar Canadian a month, learn to use your manners, and listen.

The advice here can help you make millions a month.

Are you waiting for MJ to give you advice?

Im sorry, but he only gives advice to people who would actually take it.

Not someone who ignores it.

Maybe you should read some gold threads, read every single post here.

TAKE THE DAMN ADVICE.

If you don’t know how to listen, you don’t know how to run a business.

Everyone’s already said all the advice I could give.

Your expecting MJ to hand you a holy, ancient script that’s encrypted and he just tells you want it means.

You want to know what that says?

“Take advice when you ask for it, and get experience from trying”

That’s the secret.

Its like asking others how to balance on 2 twigs when others are offering you a platform to balance on and you ignore it.

You’re gonna fall, but then will you learn your lesson?

Or you can just be like, oh wait, their right.

But you seem like you can’t take the harsh truth.

We’ll let you stay in your bubble, walking on the sidewalk.

But then a sharp rock pops your bubble.

You start whining and crying like a baby.

My advice?

LEARN TO TAKE ADVICE.

The same exact thing happened to me with PayPal. They closed my account for no reason. Customer service wouldn't explain it. I wouldn't trust them.

Sorry I wasn't able to reply earlier, I was born in Venezuela, I escaped/immigrated to Chile when Venezuela went in a downward spiral due to being run by an oppressive dictatorial regime :/
