So I have finally created a detailing business, i've been doing it with some kid a few towns over and he'd give me 10% each time, so i decided to start a new one with a close friend of mine where i take 1/3rd of all profits, he takes 1/3rd of all profits, and the company takes 1/3rd (for advertising, equipment, signage, etc.) so that we don't argue about taking out of pocket money for the business. eventually me and him are gonna split and stay under the same company which brings our total earnings (alone) to 2/3rds each while the company retains 1/3rd. I created a website, linktree, instagram account, logo, ordered business cards, i'm on the right track. I finally did my first job (took 8 hours), charged 100 for it so that i could turn it into content on instagram (i know that's practically slave labor) but i'm pretty good and now all I have to do is find clients. I'm gonna print my business cards on papers for now while i wait for the order to come in, and was wondering if my strategy for marketing sounds good. (screenshot from texts between me and my business buddy)i just need a good roadmap on easy ways to market for now as i'm low budget. I'm running IG targeted ads as well.
