No, other than the screen indicating confirmation and a redirect to the website. If that happened, you're on this list.

If you just applied within the last 48 hours and ignored the CLOSED OFFER message, then no -- no more invites are left.

Or, based on what @MJ DeMarco said a few posts up that we will be receiving an email next week regarding release of the accepted pre-order "INSIDERS special".

Since I am sending it to someone in the US and then getting them to forward it to me in Colombia is it possible to send it direct and pay extra for the shipping costs?

Are you putting in the 2-part zip code? For example, a zip code is typically like this:

00000-0000

(6 digits for first part, 4 digits second part)

Its not a big issue, I got a forwarding address too anyway.

I had the same issues when trying to put in my information when trying to buy as some here have had. I think you need to put in the 6 digit + 4 digit zip code as someone has said, and also make sure to hit the continue button after each tab. I think once I did that the order went through fine.

Thanks MJ for the Pre-Release opportunity and writing the book. Purchased it yesterday and can't wait to read it.
