Hello! So I just launched a new service for small businesses, social media managers and social media management agencies that caters for their Social media graphics/image design need with a monthly payment plan. We save them time and money.

I'm primarily looking for honest feedbacks right now and answers, i will start by saying....if you manage to run a service like this, how will you market or promote it? Do you think its a good idea? what are your thoughts? so I'd very much appreciate it if you'd take a look at socialprim.com and share your thoughts etc.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, here’s what I think:

You’ve chosen a very competitive field. The Samples you provide in your page look nice, but the site itself is pretty standard. As you’re offering a design service I think your main goal should be to show your customers that you can provide MUCH more value than what they could find anywhere else, like on Fiverr. The quality of your web site should tell me how good you are.

As for the way you market your service, there’s something I don’t really get: you offer a basic service for 59$. This includes 7 graphics. You also say that you aim to deliver your work within 48 hours, with unlimited revisions. Let’s say that for every work your customer requires only one change. This already takes almost a full month. Why should I bother with your more expensive plans?

Anyway, I think the idea might be good, but you need to find a way to differentiate yourself from the all the noise around.

Good luck

We recently had someone who went for the $59 plan for 7 designs, we actually delivered it in 24 hours. I'm targeting small business owners and busy social media managers or management agencies with a lot of work loads....We save them time and money as well. I'm thinking about running a facebook ads.

Maybe you could be more specific about that in your copy? This is certainly a strength, if it's sustainable in the long run.

There'a a ton of info about it in the forum.

Social media graphic design - If i'm a business thinking I need someone to manage my social media, design is the last thing on my mind. I'm thinking I need someone to tweet/insta/fb post regularly, and get me more followers/sales. Design is a part of that, but not the most important part.

2. Maybe I'm wrong! - Perhaps this is a thing and I don't know what I'm talking about. So show me a little video then telling me why I should care about the design of my social media.

3. The more I look at the site, the more it comes across like a design agency (which is fine), however you keep mentioning social media, which is confusing. Social media design for most businesses means simply putting a logo on their various social pages.

TL😀R Sort the message out first, before worrying about how you're going to deliver it.
