Hello,
I just wanted to pass on my experience with ordering from a Chinese FBA freight forwarder.
I found a company called Forest Shipping that just recently started freight forwarding to Amazon.ca. I've had some bad luck with other freight forwarders in the past but I decided to give them ago. Right off the bat, I was impressed. For anyone who has freight forwarded, you typically have to deal with someone in China who barely speaks any English and doesn't understand what you're asking them. Forest Shipping clearly has North American residents that can clearly communicate with you.
In addition, they were able to help me negotiate with the factory that I wanted to buy my products from. This was one of my biggest issues in the past: negotiating with factories. The fact that Forest Shipping offers this service was outstanding.
Anyways, I just wanted to pass this on because I was really excited to finally find a freight forwarder who wasn't a complete joke.
