There's little to no societal pressure for men to marry and have children, especially by a certain age, but the health aspect is patently false and I really wish there was more awareness of this fact.
While the age is 35 women, at 40 (not that much difference), men start having reproductive problems as well. In their case, fertility drops and the miscarriages increase due to poor sperm quality and DNA deterioration. In the event that fertilization does occur and the sperm creates a fetus that is healthy enough to not be aborted by the body, there's an increased risk for genetic diseases and birth defects. The risk increase for men is just more gradual than for women, although it is still statistically significant.

That's true. However, men can always freeze some of their sperm in a sperm bank while they're young and use that sperm to have kids at any age. Of course, most men wouldn't think to do this, but most men wouldn't want to have kids at 75 years old anyways. The Larry Kings of the world are rare:
