This thread is me trying to become the world's best documentary script writer for YouTube channels.
why the hell did i choose to get too specific with this ?
bieng the world best writer is not easy as becoming the best docuementary scriptwriter for youtube channels. also making documentaries on youtube is a dream of mine that has still not been completed.
i already tried it here -
and bieng a writer who is a specialist in writing documentaries could super fuel the vision of building the largest educational channel in india.
These are the golden rules for documenting this journey
- i will post a proper update every week more than 1000 words
- this journey will continue until i get 10k folowers on linked in
- any kind of help, feedback is appreciated
how are you going to start ?
to be honest i already started but i am at a point where i don't know what to do i can't seem to find a script writer who can guide me. i don't know the next step and i am continuously working on the next step
what are your goals ?
with this journey my goals are simple
- i want a network of more than 10 thousand people following my linked in
- i want 1 client every month that offers me a good deal in between 5k-10k dollars (a stable income stream)
- a project with james jani
How do you plan to develop your writing skills? Will you take courses, read books on writing, or join a writers' group?
i don't really have a plan for this but i do have a rough idea on how i would improve my skils
- by reading at least a chapter a day in a book and highlighting the key ideas
- turn the key ideas into to content
- and by writing 1000 words a day
- outreach 30 people a day in linked in
How do you plan to handle criticism and rejection along the way?
if i face any problems i believe the fast lane community is always there to help me
and the worst i could feel is giving up and losing motivation to do it
i believe that if that situation comes, i'll recover from it in 2 days and restart from the last check point i saved up-to
How will you measure your progress as a writer? What milestones will you celebrate?
i believe the best option to measure my progress would be the feedback's i receive from the fast lane forum, and i can celebrate milestones by the money i get through clients.
i also wanted to share that : any kind of help and feedback is appreciated
