Just finished reading Unscripted and I must say, it has really taught me many things.

But there are a few confusions for me that relate directly to my current life situation. A quick background:
I just turned 20 in Feb and I currently run an online store which has crossed the 6 figure mark in a year. I also offer consulting/mentoring to many people and have closed clients at $2.5k deals. IN addition, I run a Youtube channel (4.5k subs atm) but something doesn't feel right.

It does not feel if anything I'm doing follows the CENTS productocracy or as if I'm on the fast lane. Everything seems a bit slow.

I just wanted some tips from you guys regarding this. Am I just overthinking or am I actually on the correct path? My lack of life experience may be the cause of the confusion

Just keep making small incremental progress and use CENTS as a long-game guideline.

NEED is the most important, bar none.

This might help you with respect to CENTS.
