As many of you can relate, I am constantly stressed. Stressed about not making it to the gym, stressed about remembering to send an important email, stressed about a deal; without question, stress is a major part of my daily life.
And it's bad for you, negative effects of constant stress can include headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping to name a few. Even worse, evidence suggests that stress can shorten your lifespan and increase your chances of heart attack.
After noticing that I'm living under almost constant stress and learning that it is something that it has negative effects both mentally and physically, I'm interested to hear what others have done to combat this.
